Since 1985, Scott Collier has solved the corporate real estate needs and requirements of office tenants both locally and nationally. His specialties include strategic consulting, market insight and timing, and tenant-oriented complex negotiations. He has more than 30 years of experience in representing tenants in over 1,000 transactions valued at more than $4 billion. He negotiated the 115,000 SF corporate headquarters and 75,000 SF regional office for Celanese, a worldwide chemical company; a 358,884 SF lease extension for Zale Corporation’s headquarters in Irving; 175,000 SF for Nexen Petroleum USA Dallas headquarters and Houston offices; over 750,000 SF nationwide for AdvancePCS; and multiple transactions totaling over 400,000 SF nationally for Caris Life Sciences.
In addition, Scott negotiated landmark transactions for Oryx Energy’s headquarters in building the Three Galleria Tower in Dallas (560,000 SF) and the GTE world headquarters at Hidden Ridge in Irving (over 1,000,000 SF).
In 2002, Scott was named the Most Valuable Player as the company’s top producer. In 2003, he was named the Office Broker of the Year by the NAIOP. He has been designated by D-CEO Magazine from 2010 to 2016 as a “Power Broker,” and one of DFW’s “Top Commercial Real Estate Pro’s.”
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He is Vice Chairman for SQLC, Inc., a nonprofit senior housing company with six communities. In addition, he serves as a Board and/or Executive Committee Member for the Dallas Summer Musicals and CitySquare, an organization serving the underprivileged families of North Texas. In the past, he has served on boards for the Dallas Museum of Art, USO-DFW, and Trinity Christian Academy.
Scott and his wife Cindy have two children and five grandchildren.
