The Project Manager collaborates with the strategy team to implement scope, timeline, and budget in addition to creating and communicating the project schedule, tasks, and task assignments. The Project Manager requests, receives, organizes, reviews, and distributes all assets throughout the development and deployment of each campaign. The Project Manager delivers an exceptional customer experience for both the internal team, all external vendors, and the client. The Project Manager is responsible for building trust and partnership based on accurate communication, considerate and timely requests, and a strong discipline and rigor of follow-up, follow-through, and accountability.
You live in the details. You are timeline, task, and due date driven – this is what gets you out of bed in the morning and gives you oxygen during the day. You are thrilled to be the day-to-day single-point-of-contact for the client, internal teams, and any external vendors. You are calm under pressure and able to make wise decisions quickly. You are humble, quick to give praise, willing to jump in to serve and support whenever and however needed, and you freely admit you don’t know what you don’t know. You are hungry to discover new, better, and more efficient ways to do more with less. You are not bothered by multiple interruptions. In fact, you welcome them and lean into them because, again, you are thrilled to be the day-to-day single-point-of-contact for your teams. You are intuitive and proactive. You are comfortable with accountability, crucial conversations, and both giving and receiving feedback. You build trusted relationships quickly. You have strong observation skills and a keen, almost sixth sense, about people which allows you to quickly determine what motivates them and demotivates them. You work just as well alone as you do participating in, and possibly leading, a group brainstorm collaboration.
