Will there be shuttle service to and from the Savannah Airport?

For ground transportation, Taxis/Uber/Lyft are always options. Feel free to check the airport websites for additional information on ground transportation.

  • Taxi service from Savannah/Hilton Head Airport is approximately $85 (up to 2 passengers), with an additional $10 fee for additional passengers.
  • Limo service is approximately $150.

Where do I go once I arrive at the hotel?

Please go to the front desk to check in and receive your room keys. Be sure to join us Sunday night for sunset cocktails and heavy hors-d'oeuvres at 6:00 PM on the Ocean Deck. There you will receive your welcome packet, including a detailed schedule for the remainder of our time together.

What is in place to support a COVID-safe environment?

We will be taking every precaution during our event, and strictly following the CDC guidelines. The hotel has also instituted several COVID protocols which designed to keep us safe. You can check them out here Omni Safe & Clean.

We will be using a color code system on our badges to visually help attendees know attendee engagement comfort level – think keep a 6 ft distance (yellow) or fist bumps are ok (green). We’ve seen this at a few conferences and it’s been really helpful.

Our sessions will be in a large meeting room with plenty of space allowed for social distancing. The tables will be set with one seat between guests and tables will be 6 feet apart. We will also supply masks and hand sanitizer for everyone. Meals and social events will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and again with plenty of space for social distancing.

Where will the meetings take place?

We are excited to hold our main conference sessions in the hotel’s Sabal room.

Breakfast both days will be served on their Palmetto Landing just outside the Sabal room, with open seating there and the adjoining outside veranda. You may also carry your plate to the courtyard.

Weather permitting, lunch will be served outside in their Courtyard. A map will be provided in your welcome packet (which can be picked up on Sunday night at the cocktail and dinner reception).

How should I dress for the event?

We encourage a comfortable, collaborative environment. For the sessions, please dress in business casual attire. For our evenings together, think sunset on the beach! Monday evening we’ll have the opportunity to experience the low country way of life at the resort’s outdoor Shorehouse. Expect temperatures to range from the upper 70s to low 80s during the day to the 60s at night.

I have dietary restrictions. With whom should I communicate this information?

We will accommodate any dietary restrictions as instructed by our guests. Please outline your restrictions in an email to Kelli Hlavenka at kelli@pursuant.com no later than Wednesday, October 13th.

Are spouses welcome at the conference sessions, happy hour, or dinner?

Yes. Your spouse is welcome to join us for any of the conference events. If he or she is planning on attending dinner on Monday night, please inform Kelli Hlavenka at kelli@pursuant.com no later than Wednesday, October 13th. We want to ensure that we have a seat reserved next to you. In the event that your spouse isn’t interested in attending the conference sessions, your registration packet will include a list of activities the Omni recommends for on- and off-site exploration.

Will there be an on-site concierge?

Your comfort during the event is our top priority. The resort does offer concierge services through the hotel. In addition, Pursuant will also have a dedicated team of staff members to offer assistance should you need anything further during your stay.
