Alyssa Boger serves as vice president, client strategy. With more than a decade of nonprofit experience, Alyssa has partnered with organizations of varying size and purpose to create successful, comprehensive fundraising solutions across the donor pyramid. Driving positive growth for clients across all verticals, Alyssa’s client relationships are strengthened by her passion for data-informed strategies that inspire new and measured thinking. Alyssa’s expertise lies in omni-channel fundraising, data analysis and insights, comprehensive direct response strategy and execution, and program transitions to relationship fundraising. Alyssa is committed to providing the highest level of service, strategy, and collaboration to help nonprofits advance their mission and have a greater impact in the world.
Prior to joining Pursuant, Alyssa managed Pepperdine University’s annual giving program. While serving on Pepperdine’s Advancement team, Alyssa developed revenue-generating strategies for the direct response fundraising program with a focus on direct mail, telephone, and online channels. Through managing the annual fundraising operations of all five schools within Pepperdine, she gained a deep appreciation for the value of personalization, segmentation, and brand awareness. Alyssa’s previous experience also includes serving as Admissions Counselor and Student Support Specialist for American College of Education.
Alyssa graduated summa cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies along with minors in Nonprofit Management and French. During her time at Pepperdine, Alyssa was heavily involved in volunteer and student consulting work with various nonprofits in the greater Los Angeles area. She continues this commitment to serving others through her work at Pursuant and as an active Junior League of Collin County member. Alyssa also enjoys creating new memories with her husband, Chris, and exploring different areas of her hometown of Dallas, Texas.
