With leadership experience spanning more than two decades, Rebecca Gregory Segovia is a seasoned marketing, technology, and fundraising professional with a strong vision and passion to help nonprofits reach donors and raise dollars to further their mission. As executive vice president at Pursuant, she is a creative leader with proven ability to come alongside nonprofit organizations regardless of size or tenure and help them achieve their long-term vision and goals. Specialties include comprehensive, relationship-based fundraising strategies aimed at increasing donor lifetime value and nonprofit health. Rebecca leverages data and technology to achieve results through innovative omni-channel environments to drive donor acquisition, conversion, stewardship, and upgrade across the donor pyramid.
Prior to joining Pursuant in 2010, Rebecca managed a multi-million dollar portfolio as a technology strategist for 50+ faith-based nonprofit accounts at Convio, Inc., a SaaS CRM solution for nonprofits. Before Convio, her roles included the Communications & Mobilization Director for globalX at North Point Ministries, Inc., Director of Marketing & Product Development at Walk Thru the Bible Ministries, and Principal of her own strategic consulting agency, GoConnectServe where she launched two nonprofits while leading teams to accomplish various humanitarian projects in countries around the world. Her prior corporate experience includes a retail and financial management background with Deutsche Bank, TransAmerica, and Franklin Covey.
Rebecca has a bachelor of science in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama. She and her husband, Ferris, reside in Dallas, TX, with their three daughters. In her free time, Rebecca volunteers on the advisory committee for Rogare, a fundraising think tank and as an advisory committee member for Seed Effect, a micro-finance organization working in South Sudan.
