Today, as we gather to remember and celebrate the life of our cherished colleague, Jennifer "JB” Bielat, we feel a mixture of grief and gratitude for her profound impact on our lives. Our hearts are heavy, and yet we come together to honor her memory, celebrate her remarkable journey, and find solace in the legacy of excellence and kindness she leaves behind. 

JB's unexpected passing has left us all with an immeasurable void. Throughout her time with us, Jennifer was more than a colleague; she was a trusted counselor, a source of strength, and a friend to us all. Her dedication to our company and our clients’ missions was unwavering, her leadership inspired us, and her kindness was a constant reminder of the power of compassion in the workplace. 

As her family, friends, and wider community gather today to say our final goodbyes, we reflect on the countless moments we shared with her. We’ll never forget her smile, wisdom, and genuine concern for everyone she met. She had an incredible ability to connect personally, making each of us feel valued and heard. 

We're also joyful for her profound influence on us and the lives she touched beyond our company's walls – the impact she had in her community in Chicago and so many communities through her long career serving nonprofit organizations. Along with being our colleague, she was a beloved wife, mother, cherished friend, and wise mentor for many. She had an innate ability to encourage the best in those around her.  

We extend our gratitude to all those who have offered their support, kind tributes, and presence during this challenging time.
